It starts with loving yourself, which, let's be honest, is not the easiest thing to do, and in today's world, it is becoming increasingly harder to do because there is so much noise in the world.

So how do we relearn to love ourselves? We have been conditioned into so many different ideologies and beliefs, and have learned to internalize other people's opinions that our own voice has become muffled.
